RESTORATION PACKAGE for Architectural Cast Stone Includes:

GROUTING SERVICE

Removal of all cracking and/or failing grout joints and installation of new, crack-resistant grout (colored to match existing grout).

CLEANING SERVICE

High impact (pressure washing) or low impact (hand etching) to remove all dirt, debris from face and greatly reduce discoloration and staining.

SEALER SERVICE

Application of natural (no gloss), penetrating, water-based sealer. Must be re-applied every 1-2 years or per manufacturer’s recommendations.

ISOLATION & DEPARTURE

All areas of work will be carefully isolated to minimize interaction with unaffected areas. Upon completion, the site will be free of all debris and swept thoroughly.
